Pan Liuxian
|
Pan Liuxian, male, born in
June, 1959 in Yiyang, Hunan, doctor of physics,
professor, is an expert winning the State
Council’s special allowance, national model
teacher, one of the first group of exemplary
young teachers of Hunan Province, managing
director of China Research Society on
Mathematics, Physics, Mechanics and High
Technology. He was once chief editor of Journal
of Yiyang Teachers College, assistant to
president, vice-president, and president, and
vice-president of Hunan City University. Now he
is Party Committee Secretary and vice-president
of Hunan International Economics University.
Doctor Pan Liuxian has got great achievements on
scientific research. In recent years, he
published more than 60 papers on many
international and domestic academic journals
like “Superlattices and “Microstrure”, “Science
in China”, “chin.phy. lett”, “Commun.theor
phys”, “Physics Letter A”, “Chinese Physics” and
15 of them were recorded by SCI and many were
extracted by CA, “Mathematics Digest” and
“Physics Digest”. He has presided over or
participated in 2 projects supported by the
national natural science foundation, 6
provincial scientific research projects, and won
4 prizes for provincial teaching achievements
and 2 prizes for provincial excellent papers on
natural science. Doctor Pan owns original
thoughts on nonlinear physics and quantum and
has formed a stable research orientation. For
instance, on the research of soliton
perturbation theory, his common and practical
method of soliton perturbation can be used to
find out the influence of perturbation on
soliton in the nonlinear evolution equation
conveniently, providing a powerful mathematic
tools for related workers on theory and
experiment, thereby, getting some results with
physical significance; in the field of quantum
information, he has worked out the parameter
diagram of InAs/GaAS quantum dot, enabling this
dot to be used in quantum calculation and
discover electrostatic field to lengthen the
time. These results are helpful to the
calculation of solid quantum. Pan’s great
achievements have been quoted by Beijing
University, Beijing Normal University and
Semi-conductor Institute of the Chinese Academy
of Sciences for over 20 times.
Besides, Doctor Pan goes in for teaching and
teaching research. He has published more than 20
papers on education reform in authoritative
journals, some of which were chosen as
references for the education reform by some
noted universities. He has presided over or
participated in 4 provincial teaching research
projects, one of which won the first prize for
provincial higher education teaching
achievements and three of which the third prize.
His remarkable achievements won him the title of
“National Model Teacher” conferred by Education
Ministry and Personnel Ministry of the Central
People’s Government.
